The Jigyasa Yogshala, 25 Days 200-hour teacher training course is a foundation or beginner level programme designed for aspiring teachers looking for their first level certification, or who have other certifications and are looking to build upon their existing foundations, or who are just looking to deepen their knowledge and practice. We invite you to join us for an expansive, intensive, and nourishing Teacher Training Course. In this course, you will learn the history of Yoga, its philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, adjustments, and other nuances of teaching as well as your own practice.

Yogacharya Ajit is a experienced yoga teacher with a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained over 15 years in the field. My passion for yoga began at a young age and has since grown into a lifelong dedication. I have completed extensive training and certifications, allowing me to offer a wide range of classes and styles to suit the unique needs and goals of my students. My teaching philosophy focuses on creating a supportive and inclusive space for individuals to explore their practice and deepen their mind-body connection.

About Instructor

Yoga Etymology and Philosophy

To create an understanding of the historical and philosophical perspective of Yoga, including vedantic wisdom and the Patanjali Yoga Sutra, to give an in-depth understanding of yogic philosophy and its application to the challenges of modern life and holistic wellness.

Asana | Pranayama | Meditation

Jigyasa Yogshala provides 100+ Asanas for students including Micro and Macro movements, Pawan muktasana series and Dhirendra brahmchari micro movements. Students will be master for all asanas and with proper alignment and adjustment.

Anatomy and Physiology

Through this training, teachers gain knowledge about the different systems, organs, and structures that make up the human anatomy. They learn about the functions and interactions of these body parts, as well as common health issues and conditions related to them.

Teaching Techniques and Methodology

Yoga teachers employ various techniques and methodologies to guide their students towards a holistic practice. These instructors emphasize the importance of proper alignment, breathing techniques, and meditation to achieve physical and mental well-being. They employ a combination of instructional methods, including verbal cues, hands-on adjustments, and visual demonstrations, to effectively communicate and teach different yoga poses and sequences.

We provide the best yoga meals to our students.

Students can enjoy their breakfast, Lunch and dinner. We include Salads, Buttermilk, Pulses, Bread, Rice seasonal vegetables and some raw foods.

Some local foods will also be served once a week like Golgappe, Chat, Sweets, Jalebi, Kachori, etc..

Seasonal vegetables and salads will be served during lunch and dinner. Soups, teas, and coffee will be served to our members. Overall all members will enjoy the food.
